creatorpro.space Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 24, 2026
Last Updated: September 29, 2026

Welcome to creatorpro.space.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of creatorpro.space, including its website, accounts, communities, Business Partner Network, Business Partner Directory, creator service requests, messaging systems, forms, transaction systems, payment features, scheduling tools, resources, and any other products or services made available through creatorpro.space (collectively, the “Platform”).

For purposes of these Terms, “creatorpro.space,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peak Source LLC, the operating company of creatorpro.space.

By creating an account, accessing a restricted area of the Platform, submitting an application or service request, accepting a creator opportunity, purchasing or selling services, participating in the community, or otherwise using creatorpro.space, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use creatorpro.space.

—

1. PURPOSE OF CREATORPRO.SPACE

creatorpro.space may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue Platform features as the Platform develops.

—

“Creator” means an adult Platform user seeking, purchasing, using, or managing creator-related services through creatorpro.space, including an authorized adult representative managing legitimate business matters for a minor.

“Business Partner” means a professional, business, company, contractor, agency, consultant, service provider, or other person or entity approved to participate in the creatorpro.space Business Partner Network.

—

3. AGE REQUIREMENT — PLATFORM USERS MUST BE 18+

creatorpro.space is an adult-operated professional platform.

Every person who creates an account, logs into the Platform, participates in the community, sends or receives Platform communications, submits agreements, purchases or sells services, receives payments, or otherwise operates as a Platform user must be 18 years of age or older.

By using creatorpro.space, you represent and warrant that:

– You are at least 18 years old;
– You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
– Information you provide regarding your age and identity is truthful and accurate.

Individuals under 18 may not create, maintain, or independently operate creatorpro.space accounts.

—

4. AUTHORIZED ADULT REPRESENTATION OF MINORS

creatorpro.space recognizes that a minor may have legitimate professional or business interests involving acting, entertainment, athletics, social media, public appearances, content creation, modeling, performance, or other lawful activities.

An adult who is at least 18 years old and has lawful authority to act for the minor may use creatorpro.space on the minor’s behalf.

Examples may include:

– A parent;
– Legal guardian;
– Court-appointed representative;
– Authorized talent agent;
– Authorized talent or business manager;
– Authorized representative of a business or legal entity representing the minor; or
– Another adult with legally sufficient authority.

The adult representative—not the minor—is the creatorpro.space account holder and Platform user.

The adult representative must maintain and operate the account in the adult’s own name.

—

5. REQUIREMENTS WHEN REPRESENTING A MINOR

An adult representative acting on behalf of a minor must:

– Be at least 18 years old;
– Have lawful authority to represent the minor in the applicable matter;
– Clearly identify themselves as the adult representative where relevant;
– Conduct Platform communications for the minor;
– Review and authorize business arrangements involving the minor;
– Ensure compliance with applicable child labor, entertainment, employment, contractual, privacy, financial, and other laws;
– Obtain any permits, approvals, consents, or authorizations required by law; and
– Provide reasonable documentation of authority if requested by creatorpro.space.

creatorpro.space may restrict or decline an engagement involving a minor if appropriate authority cannot reasonably be established or if the proposed activity creates legal, privacy, safety, or compliance concerns.

—

6. MINORS MAY NOT OPERATE ACCOUNTS

A represented minor may not independently:

– Create a creatorpro.space account;
– Use another person’s login credentials;
– Operate an adult representative’s account;
– Participate independently in restricted community areas;
– Negotiate Platform transactions;
– Enter into Platform agreements;
– Purchase or sell services;
– Independently communicate with Business Partners through an adult’s account; or
– Represent themselves as an adult Platform user.

Any material communication involving a represented minor must be handled by or appropriately include the authorized adult representative.

—

7. AGE AND AUTHORITY VERIFICATION

creatorpro.space reserves the right to request reasonable documentation confirming:

– Identity;
– Age;
– Parental or guardianship status;
– Agency or management authority;
– Business authority;
– Authority to represent a minor;
– Required permits or approvals; or
– Other information reasonably necessary for Platform safety or legal compliance.

Providing false information about age or authority is a material violation of these Terms.

Accounts involving intentional age or authority misrepresentation may be permanently terminated.

—

8. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for:

– Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
– Activity performed through your account;
– Promptly updating inaccurate information;
– Protecting your account from unauthorized access; and
– Notifying creatorpro.space if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared except with creatorpro.space’s written authorization.

—

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH ONEBIO.SPACE

creatorpro.space may operate in connection with onebio.space.

Creators may originate from, maintain accounts with, or be verified through onebio.space before accessing creatorpro.space services.

Creator signup and onboarding may be handled separately through onebio.space.

Where permitted by applicable policies and law, creatorpro.space and onebio.space may exchange information reasonably necessary to:

– Identify creators;
– Verify accounts;
– Provide integrated services;
– Facilitate creator access;
– Process creator service requests;
– Provide customer support;
– Prevent fraud;
– Maintain security; and
– Operate connected services.

Use of onebio.space may be subject to separate terms and policies.

—

10. CREATOR SERVICE REQUESTS

Creators may use creatorpro.space to request professional assistance.

A creator may provide information concerning:

– The project;
– Services needed;
– Business objectives;
– Desired deliverables;
– Preferred timing;
– Contact information;
– Relevant business information; and
– Other information necessary to identify appropriate assistance.

Submitting a service request authorizes creatorpro.space to process that information and make relevant information available to Business Partners who may be appropriate for the request, subject to the creatorpro.space Privacy Policy.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a Business Partner will accept the opportunity or that a particular result will be achieved.

—

11. BUSINESS PARTNER APPLICATIONS

Professionals and businesses may apply to participate in the creatorpro.space Business Partner Network.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

creatorpro.space may consider factors including:

– Professional experience;
– Service offerings;
– Creator relevance;
– Business information;
– Reputation;
– Qualifications;
– Responsiveness;
– Professional conduct;
– Compliance history; and
– Other criteria reasonably related to the Business Partner Network.

creatorpro.space may approve, decline, restrict, suspend, remove, or refuse future participation by a Business Partner, subject to applicable law.

—

12. BUSINESS PARTNERS ARE INDEPENDENT

Business Partners are independent professionals or businesses.

Approval as a creatorpro.space Business Partner does not create an:

– Employment relationship;
– Agency;
– Partnership;
– Joint venture;
– Franchise;
– Fiduciary relationship; or
– Employer-employee relationship

between creatorpro.space and the Business Partner.

Business Partners are responsible for their own employees, contractors, business expenses, licenses, permits, taxes, insurance, professional obligations, and legal compliance.

—

13. BUSINESS PARTNER DIRECTORY

Approved Business Partners may receive a profile or listing in the creatorpro.space Business Partner Directory.

Listings may contain:

– Professional or business name;
– Service categories;
– Business description;
– General location;
– Website;
– Contact information;
– Portfolio materials;
– Logos;
– Professional credentials;
– Availability; and
– Other approved information.

Business Partners authorize creatorpro.space to display information submitted for directory, promotional, referral, discovery, and Platform-operation purposes.

creatorpro.space may reasonably organize, format, categorize, or edit directory information for consistency and Platform presentation.

—

14. APPROVAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE PERFORMANCE

creatorpro.space may review Business Partner applications before approving participation.

However, inclusion in the Business Partner Network does not constitute a guarantee of:

– Service quality;
– Financial performance;
– Licensing status;
– Availability;
– Professional results;
– Project completion;
– Creator satisfaction; or
– Future conduct.

Creators remain responsible for evaluating whether a Business Partner is appropriate for their individual needs.

—

15. BUSINESS PARTNER PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Partners must:

– Provide truthful and accurate information;
– Accurately describe services and qualifications;
– Maintain legally required licenses or permits;
– Maintain appropriate insurance where required or professionally appropriate;
– Clearly communicate deliverables;
– Honor accepted commitments;
– Protect creator information;
– Maintain professional boundaries;
– Comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws;
– Respect intellectual property;
– Comply with creatorpro.space policies; and
– Conduct themselves professionally.

Business Partners must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate or misleading.

—

16. PLATFORM-ORIGINATED BUSINESS MUST REMAIN ON THE PLATFORM

Participation in the Business Partner Network is conditioned upon compliance with creatorpro.space’s on-Platform business requirements.

If an opportunity begins on creatorpro.space, the resulting business must remain on creatorpro.space unless creatorpro.space expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.

If an inquiry, service request, introduction, lead, referral, project, proposal opportunity, or service offer originates through creatorpro.space, all material business communications must occur through creatorpro.space or be promptly documented through the Platform.

—

17. REQUIRED ON-PLATFORM DOCUMENTATION

Material communications relating to a Platform-Originated Opportunity must be documented through creatorpro.space.

This includes communications concerning:

– Scope of work;
– Services requested;
– Pricing;
– Estimates;
– Proposals;
– Project requirements;
– Timelines;
– Deadlines;
– Deliverables;
– Revisions;
– Approvals;
– Changes;
– Additional services;
– Cancellations;
– Refunds;
– Payment arrangements;
– Project completion; and
– Other material terms or decisions.

Telephone calls, video meetings, face-to-face conversations, emails, text messages, or other communications outside the Platform may occur where reasonably necessary.

However, any material agreement, decision, modification, authorization, or commitment resulting from an outside conversation must be promptly documented through creatorpro.space.

If it affects the project, put it in creatorpro.space.

—

18. ALL PLATFORM-ORIGINATED SALES MUST BE COMPLETED THROUGH CREATORPRO.SPACE

All sales arising from a Platform-Originated Opportunity must be completed through the payment, transaction, or sales system designated by creatorpro.space unless creatorpro.space expressly authorizes another method in writing.

This requirement applies to transactions including:

– Initial services;
– Deposits;
– Project payments;
– Additional services;
– Project extensions;
– Upgrades;
– Add-ons;
– Change orders;
– Recurring services arising from the engagement; and
– Other sales directly arising from the Platform-Originated Opportunity.

Business Partners may not direct creators to an outside payment method for the purpose of avoiding creatorpro.space.

—

19. NO PLATFORM CIRCUMVENTION

Business Partners may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent creatorpro.space.

Prohibited conduct includes:

– Moving a Platform-generated opportunity off the Platform to avoid creatorpro.space requirements;
– Requesting unauthorized direct payment;
– Sending outside invoices to avoid Platform transactions;
– Directing creators to external payment applications for prohibited off-Platform transactions;
– Moving the relationship to another marketplace to avoid Platform requirements;
– Concealing Platform-generated sales;
– Misrepresenting the source of a creator relationship;
– Encouraging creators to complete Platform-originated business privately;
– Avoiding applicable fees, commissions, transaction records, or payment procedures;
– Failing to document material off-Platform conversations; or
– Using another person or entity to accomplish conduct that would otherwise violate this section.

Attempted circumvention may be treated the same as completed circumvention.

—

20. CONSEQUENCES OF BUSINESS PARTNER CIRCUMVENTION

Compliance with Sections 16 through 19 is a material condition of Business Partner approval and continued participation.

Refusal to comply, intentional circumvention, attempted circumvention, concealment of Platform-generated transactions, or repeated failure to properly document Platform business may result in:

– Warning;
– Temporary restrictions;
– Suspension;
– Loss of creator leads;
– Removal of directory listings;
– Termination of Business Partner status;
– Permanent removal from creatorpro.space; and
– Denial of future Business Partner applications.

creatorpro.space may permanently prohibit reapplication where a Business Partner intentionally circumvents Platform transaction requirements or repeatedly violates these Terms.

—

21. CREATOR PARTICIPATION IN OFF-PLATFORM CIRCUMVENTION

Creators should not knowingly assist Business Partners in circumventing Platform transaction, communication, documentation, or payment requirements.

A creator who knowingly participates in repeated or intentional circumvention may lose applicable Platform protections and may be subject to account restrictions.

—

22. PLATFORM COMMUNICATIONS AND RECORDS

Communications and activity conducted through creatorpro.space create a record that can help establish what occurred between users.

Users acknowledge and agree that creatorpro.space may review, preserve, and rely upon relevant Platform records when investigating or addressing:

– Service disputes;
– Payment disputes;
– Complaints;
– Refund requests;
– Misconduct reports;
– Policy violations;
– Fraud;
– Safety concerns;
– Enforcement actions;
– Business Partner complaints; and
– Other disputes relating to Platform activity.

Relevant records may include:

– Messages;
– Service requests;
– Proposals;
– Quotes;
– Project descriptions;
– Pricing;
– Files;
– Approvals;
– Revisions;
– Transactions;
– Payment records;
– Scheduling records;
– Cancellation requests;
– Refund communications; and
– Other relevant Platform activity.

Such review and use will be subject to the creatorpro.space Privacy Policy and applicable law.

—

23. PLATFORM RECORDS IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Where creatorpro.space assists with a dispute between users, Platform records may be treated as the primary available record of the parties’ communications and actions.

creatorpro.space may consider Platform communications when determining whether:

– A Platform policy was violated;
– A Business Partner should remain approved;
– Platform privileges should be restricted;
– A transaction qualifies for any Platform-specific protection;
– A refund or administrative remedy available through creatorpro.space may apply; or
– Further investigation is appropriate.

creatorpro.space does not guarantee that it can resolve every dispute.

—

24. OFF-PLATFORM ARRANGEMENTS AND LOSS OF PLATFORM PROTECTIONS

Users who intentionally move a Platform-Originated Opportunity, transaction, payment, agreement, or material communication outside creatorpro.space do so at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, an unauthorized off-Platform arrangement may cause the users involved to lose Platform-specific:

– Transaction protections;
– Payment protections;
– Dispute assistance;
– Refund assistance;
– Administrative remedies;
– Verification support; and
– Other protections specifically provided by creatorpro.space.

creatorpro.space may decline to investigate or mediate matters that cannot reasonably be verified through Platform records.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

—

25. CREATORPRO.SPACE IS NOT THE UNDERLYING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER

Unless creatorpro.space expressly states otherwise in writing, the professional service relationship is between the Creator and the applicable Business Partner.

creatorpro.space may facilitate:

– Discovery;
– Introductions;
– Communication;
– Documentation;
– Scheduling;
– Transactions;
– Payments; and
– Dispute assistance.

Providing these Platform functions does not make creatorpro.space the provider of the Business Partner’s professional services.

The Creator and Business Partner remain responsible for their project-specific agreement.

—

26. PROJECT-SPECIFIC AGREEMENTS

Creators and Business Partners should clearly establish project terms through creatorpro.space.

Terms may include:

– Scope;
– Price;
– Deposits;
– Payment schedule;
– Deliverables;
– Deadlines;
– Revision limits;
– Ownership;
– Licensing;
– Confidentiality;
– Cancellation;
– Refunds; and
– Other project requirements.

creatorpro.space may provide tools for documenting such terms but does not guarantee the enforceability of a particular agreement between users.

—

27. PLATFORM FEES, COMMISSIONS, AND CHARGES

creatorpro.space may charge fees, commissions, subscription fees, transaction charges, listing fees, promotional charges, or other amounts associated with Platform services.

Applicable charges will be disclosed through the relevant service, transaction, Business Partner agreement, or other applicable terms.

Users may not structure transactions for the purpose of avoiding fees or commissions legitimately due to creatorpro.space.

creatorpro.space may modify its fee structure prospectively by providing appropriate notice.

—

28. PAYMENTS

Where creatorpro.space facilitates payments, payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider.

Users agree to provide accurate billing and transaction information.

Business Partners are responsible for applicable:

– Taxes;
– Reporting obligations;
– Business expenses;
– Refund obligations; and
– Financial obligations associated with their services.

Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s separate terms.

—

29. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Refund and cancellation rights may depend on:

– The particular service;
– Applicable transaction terms;
– Business Partner policies;
– creatorpro.space policies; and
– Applicable law.

Creators and Business Partners should document any refund or cancellation agreement through creatorpro.space.

creatorpro.space may use Platform records when considering disputes involving Platform-processed transactions.

—

30. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

All users must maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

Users may not:

– Harass another member;
– Threaten another person;
– Engage in unlawful discrimination;
– Use Platform information to pursue unwanted personal relationships;
– Pressure another user into inappropriate communications;
– Exploit a creator or Business Partner relationship;
– Use confidential information improperly; or
– Retaliate against someone for reporting misconduct.

Business relationships originating through creatorpro.space must remain professional.

—

31. NON-VIOLENT PLATFORM AND COMMUNITY STANDARD

creatorpro.space does not endorse, promote, encourage, glorify, celebrate, or facilitate violence against people or groups.

This standard applies to Platform content, communications, community participation, profiles, service listings, comments, messages, uploaded materials, event-related discussions, and other Platform activity.

News and Current Events

Users may discuss, report, analyze, criticize, document, or debate news stories, public events, demonstrations, conflicts, controversies, criminal allegations, political events, entertainment events, sporting events, or other matters of public interest.

Discussion of an event does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement of the event or the conduct of a participant.

However, users may not use news or current-event discussions as a means to:

– Encourage violence;
– Threaten participants;
– Praise or glorify violent acts;
– Encourage retaliation;
– Advocate attacks against individuals or groups;
– Provide instructions for committing violence;
– Celebrate the injury or death of a person or group;
– Encourage others to harm a participant or organization; or
– Organize or facilitate violent conduct.

Events and Participants

The fact that a person participates in, is associated with, reports on, organizes, attends, performs at, competes in, protests at, or is otherwise connected to an event does not make that person or participant a permissible target of violent threats or advocacy.

Users may express disagreement, criticism, condemnation, satire, commentary, or other lawful opinions about participants or events, provided the content does not cross into prohibited threats, incitement, encouragement, glorification, or facilitation of violence.

No Violent Endorsements

Users may not:

– Endorse violence against a person or group;
– Encourage others to commit violence;
– Celebrate or glorify violent attacks;
– Call for physical harm against a participant in a news event or public event;
– Encourage retaliation through violence;
– Threaten a creator, Business Partner, public figure, journalist, performer, athlete, organizer, attendee, or other participant;
– Promote violent action because of a person’s identity, viewpoint, profession, affiliation, or participation in an event;
– Provide operational assistance for violent conduct; or
– Use creatorpro.space to recruit, coordinate, or facilitate violent activity.

Context Matters

creatorpro.space may distinguish between:

– Reporting that violence occurred;
– Documenting or discussing violent events;
– Academic, journalistic, historical, documentary, or educational discussion;
– Criticism of violence;
– Condemnation of violence;
– Fictional or artistic depictions; and
– Content that actually encourages, threatens, celebrates, glorifies, or facilitates violence.

The existence of violent subject matter in a discussion does not automatically mean the discussion violates these Terms.

creatorpro.space may nevertheless restrict content where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain community safety, comply with law, or enforce Platform standards.

Platform Does Not Endorse Participant Conduct

Content posted by a user concerning a news story, event, organization, public figure, creator, Business Partner, or other participant should not automatically be interpreted as an endorsement by creatorpro.space or Peak Source LLC.

Likewise, the appearance of a person, organization, event, or topic on creatorpro.space does not constitute an endorsement by creatorpro.space.

creatorpro.space may remove or restrict content that violates this section or other Platform policies.

—

32. NSFW AND ADULT CONTENT

creatorpro.space is a professional business community.

Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or other prohibited NSFW content is not permitted through Platform community areas, profiles, messages, listings, files, promotional materials, or other Platform features.

Users must comply with the creatorpro.space NSFW & Adult Content Community Guidelines.

Legitimate professional discussion involving mature topics may be permitted where it has a legitimate business, educational, safety, legal, health, or professional purpose and remains non-graphic and appropriate.

—

33. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF MINORS

creatorpro.space maintains zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.

Users may not upload, distribute, request, promote, create, facilitate, or link to sexual or exploitative content involving minors.

This includes real, altered, illustrated, fictional, synthetic, or AI-generated material where prohibited by creatorpro.space policies or applicable law.

Suspected unlawful exploitation may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

—

34. INTERACTIONS INVOLVING REPRESENTED MINORS

If a Business Partner knows that the individual benefiting from a service is under 18, material business communications must be directed to or appropriately include the authorized adult representative.

Business Partners may not use a creatorpro.space introduction to establish unauthorized private communications with a represented minor.

Any direct interaction reasonably necessary to provide an approved service must:

– Be authorized by the adult representative;
– Have a legitimate professional purpose;
– Remain appropriate;
– Comply with applicable law; and
– Be appropriately documented through creatorpro.space.

—

35. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Users must comply with creatorpro.space Community Guidelines.

Users may not use the Platform to:

– Harass or threaten others;
– Spam members;
– Commit fraud;
– Impersonate others;
– Scrape member information without authorization;
– Publish another person’s private information without authorization;
– Distribute malware;
– Promote unlawful conduct;
– Violate intellectual property;
– Engage in sexual harassment;
– Circumvent account restrictions;
– Promote or facilitate violence in violation of Section 31; or
– Materially interfere with Platform operation.

creatorpro.space may moderate community areas and remove content that violates applicable policies.

—

36. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROJECT INFORMATION

Users may receive nonpublic information through creatorpro.space.

Users must not improperly use, disclose, distribute, sell, publish, or exploit confidential information obtained through the Platform.

Business Partners may use creator information only for legitimate purposes relating to the applicable creator inquiry, engagement, or authorized business relationship.

Where appropriate, users should execute a separate nondisclosure agreement.

These Terms do not replace project-specific confidentiality agreements.

—

37. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you own and submit to creatorpro.space.

By submitting content, you grant creatorpro.space a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to:

– Operate the Platform;
– Provide requested services;
– Display profiles or listings;
– Facilitate creator requests;
– Process transactions;
– Provide communications;
– Promote authorized Platform participation; and
– Maintain Platform functionality.

You represent that you have sufficient rights to submit the content.

—

38. CREATORPRO.SPACE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

creatorpro.space and its licensors retain ownership of creatorpro.space intellectual property, including, as applicable:

– Names;
– Logos;
– Branding;
– Software;
– Website design;
– Platform architecture;
– Original written material;
– Graphics;
– Databases;
– Processes; and
– Other proprietary materials.

Use of creatorpro.space does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to users.

—

39. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

– Use creatorpro.space for unlawful purposes;
– Commit fraud;
– Misrepresent identity or credentials;
– Circumvent Platform security;
– Gain unauthorized system access;
– Introduce malicious software;
– Scrape protected Platform information without authorization;
– Violate intellectual property rights;
– Misuse personal information;
– Circumvent Platform transactions;
– Manipulate reviews;
– Falsify Business Partner qualifications;
– Create fraudulent accounts;
– Assist another user in violating these Terms;
– Threaten or facilitate violence in violation of Section 31; or
– Engage in conduct reasonably likely to harm creatorpro.space or its users.

—

40. AFFILIATE MARKETING, SPONSORSHIPS, AND ENDORSEMENTS

Creators and Business Partners are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, affiliate, sponsorship, and consumer-protection requirements.

Where a user receives compensation, commissions, free products, discounts, services, or another material benefit in connection with an endorsement or recommendation, legally required disclosures must be made clearly and appropriately.

Endorsements and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and must not be false, deceptive, or misleading.

Nothing in this section authorizes violent endorsements prohibited by Section 31.

—

41. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

Any review or testimonial submitted through creatorpro.space must reflect a genuine experience and honest opinion.

Users may not:

– Submit fake reviews;
– Purchase fabricated reviews;
– Manipulate ratings;
– Review services they did not genuinely experience;
– Require a positive review in exchange for compensation;
– Threaten users over legitimate reviews; or
– Conceal a material relationship where disclosure is required.

creatorpro.space may investigate and remove reviews reasonably believed to violate Platform policies or applicable law.

—

42. PRIVACY

Use of creatorpro.space is subject to the creatorpro.space Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how personal information may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and protected.

Users representing minors should provide information about the minor only when reasonably necessary for a legitimate professional purpose.

—

43. COMMUNICATIONS

By maintaining an account, you consent to receiving communications reasonably necessary for Platform operation, including:

– Account notices;
– Service-request updates;
– Transaction messages;
– Business Partner communications;
– Security notices;
– Policy notices;
– Customer service communications; and
– Other administrative messages.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and available opt-out options.

—

44. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

creatorpro.space may integrate with third-party:

– Payment processors;
– Scheduling systems;
– Communication platforms;
– Hosting providers;
– Analytics systems;
– Customer-service software;
– Business tools; and
– Other technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

creatorpro.space is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

—

45. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

creatorpro.space does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Temporary interruptions may result from:

– Maintenance;
– Updates;
– Security requirements;
– Third-party outages;
– Technical failures; or
– Events outside our reasonable control.

—

46. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

creatorpro.space does not guarantee:

– Revenue;
– Income;
– Creator growth;
– Followers;
– Engagement;
– Sponsorships;
– Business opportunities;
– Professional results;
– Increased sales;
– Specific project outcomes; or
– Successful Business Partner relationships.

Users remain responsible for their own business decisions.

—

47. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through creatorpro.space is for general business and informational purposes.

creatorpro.space does not itself provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice merely by providing access to Platform resources or professional providers.

Users should obtain appropriate independent advice when required.

—

48. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

creatorpro.space may restrict, suspend, or terminate Platform access where we reasonably believe:

– These Terms were violated;
– Fraud occurred;
– Circumvention occurred;
– A user presents a safety or security risk;
– A Business Partner no longer satisfies participation standards;
– Required amounts remain unpaid;
– A user misrepresented age or authority;
– Another person may be at risk;
– Unlawful activity occurred; or
– Action is reasonably necessary to protect the Platform.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

—

49. PERMANENT REMOVAL

Certain violations may result in permanent removal and denial of future registration or Business Partner applications.

These may include:

– Intentional Platform circumvention;
– Repeated unauthorized off-Platform sales;
– Fraud;
– Serious harassment;
– Sexual exploitation;
– Misrepresentation involving minors;
– Serious privacy violations;
– Repeated account evasion;
– Violent threats or prohibited violent conduct; or
– Other material violations presenting substantial risk to the Platform or its users.

—

50. EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

Provisions that logically should continue after termination will survive, including provisions regarding:

– Payments owed;
– Intellectual property;
– Confidentiality;
– Platform records;
– Dispute resolution;
– Limitation of liability;
– Indemnification; and
– Governing law.

—

51. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREATORPRO.SPACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

creatorpro.space disclaims warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent legally permitted.

creatorpro.space does not warrant that:

– Every Business Partner will satisfy every Creator;
– Every Creator will satisfy every Business Partner;
– Platform information will always be error-free;
– Every project will be completed;
– Every dispute can be resolved; or
– The Platform will always be uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
