1. CREATORPRO.SPACE IS AN 18+ PLATFORM
Every person who creates or operates a creatorpro.space account must be at least 18 years old.
Individuals under 18 may not independently:
– Create an account;
– Log into or operate an account;
– Participate independently in Platform communities;
– Communicate independently with Business Partners through the Platform;
– Purchase or sell services;
– Enter into Platform transactions; or
– Conduct business through creatorpro.space.
A minor may, however, have legitimate professional or business interests represented through the Platform by a legally authorized adult as described below.
2. AUTHORIZED ADULT REPRESENTATION OF MINORS
creatorpro.space recognizes that minors may participate in legitimate professional activities such as acting, entertainment, athletics, modeling, content creation, public appearances, social media, and other lawful activities.
A parent, legal guardian, authorized agent, manager, business representative, or other adult with lawful authority may use creatorpro.space to conduct legitimate business on behalf of a minor.
The adult representative—not the minor—is the creatorpro.space account holder and Platform user.
The adult representative must:
– Be at least 18 years old;
– Maintain the account in the adult’s own name;
– Have lawful authority to act for the minor;
– Provide information about the minor only when reasonably necessary;
– Conduct Platform communications on the minor’s behalf; and
– Comply with applicable privacy, child labor, entertainment, contractual, and other legal requirements.
creatorpro.space may request documentation confirming the adult representative’s identity or authority.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT REPRESENTED MINORS
Although minors may not operate creatorpro.space accounts, creatorpro.space may process limited information about a minor when that information is provided by an authorized adult representative for a legitimate professional or business purpose.
This information may include:
– Name;
– Professional or stage name;
– Age or age range;

– Scheduling or availability information;
– Professional experience;
– Information necessary for a service request; and
– Other information reasonably necessary for the legitimate professional activity.
creatorpro.space seeks to limit information collected about represented minors to what is reasonably necessary.
Users should not provide unnecessary sensitive information concerning a minor.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent before personal information about a minor may be processed, creatorpro.space may require appropriate consent or documentation.
4. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ACCOUNTS TO CHILDREN
creatorpro.space is not designed for independent use by children or teenagers.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to maintain Platform accounts.
If we discover that an individual under 18 is independently operating an account, we may:
– Suspend the account;
– Terminate the account;
– Restrict access;
– Remove community access;
– Request age verification;
– Preserve information when legally necessary; and
– Take other appropriate measures.
If you believe a minor is independently operating a creatorpro.space account, or if you have a safety concern, privacy concern, or other issue to report, please use the “creatorpro.space Support & Report Form” (https://creatorpro.space/form/support/).

If users communicate by:

The inability to access outside communications may limit creatorpro.space’s ability to investigate or resolve a dispute.

– Transfer of creatorpro.space or its operating business.
26. WE DO NOT TREAT SERVICE MATCHING AS A PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
Information submitted in a Creator service request may need to be shared with appropriate Business Partners to fulfill the purpose for which the information was submitted.
This does not mean every Creator request is made publicly available.
creatorpro.space may use account permissions, Platform functionality, or internal processes to control which users receive access to particular service-request information.
27. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
creatorpro.space does not sell personal information for monetary payment as part of its ordinary creator-service business model.
However, certain privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly and may include some advertising, analytics, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities.
If creatorpro.space uses technologies that constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, qualifying users will be provided legally required opt-out rights.
creatorpro.space will not knowingly sell personal information about represented minors in violation of applicable law.
28. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT SIGNALS
Where applicable law requires creatorpro.space to recognize a qualifying universal opt-out mechanism, creatorpro.space will honor supported signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as required by law.

Retention periods may depend upon:

When information is no longer reasonably required, creatorpro.space may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law.
32. ACCOUNT DELETION DOES NOT NECESSARILY DELETE ALL RECORDS
A request to close or delete an account does not necessarily require creatorpro.space to immediately delete every record connected with that account.
creatorpro.space may retain information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes including:

– Maintaining financial records;
– Processing refunds or chargebacks;
– Preventing fraud;
– Investigating misconduct;

Rights and requirements vary depending on factors including:

39. PRIVACY REQUESTS
To submit an applicable privacy request, contact creatorpro.space through the “creatorpro.space Support & Report Form” (https://creatorpro.space/form/support/).
Please provide sufficient information for us to understand the request.
creatorpro.space may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Verification may depend upon:
– The nature of the request;
– The sensitivity of the information;
– The potential risk of unauthorized disclosure; and
– Applicable legal requirements.
creatorpro.space will seek only information reasonably necessary to verify a request.
40. AUTHORIZED PRIVACY AGENTS
Where applicable law permits, a person may authorize another individual or entity to submit certain privacy requests on their behalf.
creatorpro.space may request reasonable evidence that:
– The agent has authority to act;
– The request relates to the correct individual; and
– Any legally required verification has been completed.
41. PRIVACY REQUESTS INVOLVING REPRESENTED MINORS
Because creatorpro.space accounts are restricted to adults, privacy requests concerning information about a represented minor should ordinarily be submitted by the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or another person with legally sufficient authority.
creatorpro.space may request verification of that authority before disclosing, modifying, or deleting information relating to the minor.
Nothing in this provision gives a business agent or other representative greater authority over a minor’s personal information than applicable law permits.
42. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
creatorpro.space may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment services, scheduling platforms, communication systems, social networks, or other services.
Third parties maintain their own privacy practices.
creatorpro.space is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
Users should review applicable third-party privacy policies before providing information to those services.
43. INTERNATIONAL USERS
creatorpro.space is operated from the United States.
If you access the Platform from another country, information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or other countries where creatorpro.space or its service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you live.
Where legally required, creatorpro.space will use appropriate mechanisms for international transfers.
44. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers provide a traditional “Do Not Track” setting.
There is not a single universally adopted standard governing all traditional Do Not Track signals.
creatorpro.space may therefore not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This is separate from legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control, which creatorpro.space will recognize where required by applicable law.
45. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
creatorpro.space may update this Privacy Policy when:
– Platform functionality changes;
– New services are introduced;
– Information practices change;
– Security practices change;
– Business operations change; or
– Legal requirements change.
The updated policy will display a revised Last Updated date.
Where appropriate or legally required, creatorpro.space may provide additional notice of material changes through:
– Email;
– Account notification;
– Platform notice; or
– Another reasonable method.
46. RELATIONSHIP TO THE TERMS OF USE

Where applicable law requires separate consent for a specific type of processing, creatorpro.space will seek that consent separately rather than relying solely upon general use of the Platform.
