Users should:

A simple standard applies:
Treat creatorpro.space like a professional business environment.
—
2. USERS MUST BE 18 OR OLDER
Every person who creates, operates, or accesses a creatorpro.space account must be at least 18 years old.
Individuals under 18 may not independently:

– Communicate through Platform accounts;
– Negotiate services;

A minor may be represented by an authorized adult as permitted under the creatorpro.space Terms of Use.
The adult representative—not the minor—is the Platform user.
—
3. REPRESENTATION OF MINORS
A parent, legal guardian, authorized agent, manager, business representative, or other adult with lawful authority may conduct legitimate professional business on behalf of a minor.
Adult representatives must:
– Be at least 18 years old;

Business Partners should not make guarantees they cannot reasonably support.
—
5. PLATFORM-ORIGINATED BUSINESS STAYS ON CREATORPRO.SPACE
If a service opportunity, creator inquiry, introduction, lead, project, proposal opportunity, or other business relationship originates through creatorpro.space, the resulting business must remain on creatorpro.space unless creatorpro.space expressly authorizes otherwise.
This includes keeping material communications on the Platform or documenting them through the Platform.

Attempted circumvention may be treated the same as completed circumvention.
For Business Partners, serious or repeated circumvention may result in permanent removal and denial of future applications.
—
8. KEEP IMPORTANT COMMUNICATIONS ON THE PLATFORM
creatorpro.space communication records may be used to help understand and resolve disputes.
Users should keep important project communications documented through creatorpro.space.
This protects both Creators and Business Partners by creating a record of:
